Indian River Clay, the nonprofit ceramic arts studio in Vero Beach, will partner with Raw Space Gallery to showcase the second annual “Form + Fire,” a juried contemporary clay exhibit.
On view March 1-22, the exhibition will kick off with an artists’ reception from 5 to 8 p.m. at the gallery (1795 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach). The exhibit boasts 119 pieces of ceramic art by 52 ceramic artists from 14 cities across the state, including Naples, West Palm Beach, St. Petersburg, Miami, and Vero Beach. The exhibition’s works were selected by Mark Walnock, director of Ceramics & Sculpture Department at the Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach.
Raw Space Gallery is open to the public on March 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., as well as March 8-10, from noon to 4 p.m. Docent tours of the exhibit are available.
