Holiday revelers are invited to enjoy the splendor of the season at the annual Magic of McKee Festival of Lights, returning to the McKee Botanical Garden December 15-17, December 20-23, and December 28-30, all from 6 to 8 p.m.
McKee’s nostalgic large-scale train display will be on view at the holiday spectacular, accompanied by the sounds of the 1924 Wurlitzer Band Organ playing all around. Santa will stop by the garden for photos, holiday movies will play on outdoor screens, falling snow flurries will create a festive feel, and special holiday treats from the Garden Café will fuel the fun. Enjoy live performances by Imagine Schools at South Vero’s Tangerines Ensemble on December 16, from 6:10 to 7 p.m., and First United Methodist Church’s Hand Bell Ensemble on December 17.
Thousands of professionally installed lights will illuminate the garden’s pathways, along with glowing holiday displays and festive decorations. In addition, McKee will host daily children’s holiday crafts from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. For more information, click here.
