Founded in 2009 by Page (Franzel) Mead, Page 2 Design began as a small studio and quickly expanded to meet increasing demand. Originally from Central Kentucky, Mead launched her design career in Honolulu in 1979, later working in Atlanta before settling in Vero Beach, Florida.
The studio first opened on Royal Palm Pointe and later relocated to 1865 14th Avenue in the heart of downtown Vero Beach. As the team grew, so did the firm’s capabilities. Page 2 Design has nearly doubled its staff, forming a dynamic, collaborative team where each designer brings a unique perspective. This diversity allows the firm to deliver fresh, customized solutions—and furniture packages—with speed and creativity.
To further strengthen operations, Mead added a senior lead designer and two new team members, creating a strong rhythm in the studio’s workflow. Each project is led by a dedicated designer, with the support of the full team to ensure seamless execution.
Page 2 Design is a full-service interior design firm, handling new construction, renovations, and additions—often partnering with contractors and architects. Services range from project management to furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, lighting, accessories, and hardscapes. Turnkey projects have become a growing specialty.
The firm’s client-first approach is key to its success: Mead and her team guide rather than dictate, ensuring each space reflects the client’s true vision.
In addition to her design work, Mead is an active supporter of the local community. She is involved with H.A.L.O., Vero Beach Museum of Art, Treasure Coast Food Bank, Riverside Theatre, the Humane Society of Vero Beach, Indian River Land Trust, and the American Cancer Society.
