There are a couple of things that Chef Curtis Aikens is all about these days: food and education. His love for both inspires everything he does.

Anyone who has ever watched TV’s Food Network knows Curtis. One of the original chefs on the network, he presented such programs as Pick of the Day, From My Garden, Meals without Meat and Food in a Flash that touted the benefits of simple, nutritious cooking using the freshest produce. Although the Food Network launched Curtis’s career as a television personality and cookbook author, he was not some affirmative action host or product of slick TV programming. Curtis knew his stuff.
