Capturing a moment in time with a photograph is now commonplace. Millions of images are taken and shared from cell phones every day. But there’s something about a photo that makes you think, feel and contemplate that heightens its significance and relevance. Such photos were entered into the Indian River Photo Club’s 2017 Juried Print Exhibit, which was on display at the Vero Beach Museum of Art in December and January.
Enjoy winning entries in the categories: People, Nature Flora, Nature Fawna, Still life, Scapes, Special Technique and Open.
Whether an amateur, cell phone snapper or a National Geographic professional, you are welcome to join the Indian River Photo Club at one of their monthly meetings held on the fourth Thursday of every month, except during November and December, at the Vero Beach Community Center.
