Jeanne Maxwell knows what real pain is. She had been living with it for so long she couldn’t remember what it was like to feel normal. It wasn’t until it got to the point when painkiller pills weren’t helping that she said enough is enough.
“My back was in constant pain. I’d been seeing a doctor for pain management and that day I went to his office in tears. The spasms were so bad I didn’t know what to do. It was unbearable,” Maxwell says, recalling the incident that introduced her to Sunshine Physical Therapy Clinic.
After her physician wrote a prescription referring her there for therapy, the Sebastian resident wasted no time in driving south to the 17th Avenue address a block north of Vero Beach High School. An initial massage worked wonders; Maxwell regards it as a turning point that changed her life.
