Tracy Bundy couldn’t have been happier. Relaxing in a lounge chair watching her youngest daughter splash in the pool was her idea of the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. At least it was until her daughter wanted her to get in the water and play.

“I had just spent a lot of time and money having my hair straightened and I knew what would happen if it got wet,” says Tracy who, in previous attempts to protect her hair from water and sun damage, had tried a number of things. “I had put a bunch of strange concoctions under my sunhat but they definitely weren’t what I wanted people to see me wearing. And that’s when I had my ah-hah moment.”
