Welcome! As we begin compiling our annual guide to nonprofit organizations in Indian River County, we invite you to participate in our expanded nonprofit listings. If you would like your organization to receive a larger, more detailed listing and photo, you may submit this form along with a $149 processing fee. (If you prefer to remain with the traditional listing for no charge, contact editor@verobeachmagazine.com to coordinate your submission.)

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, AS SOME THINGS HAVE CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS’ SUBMISSION FORMS.
To complete the form, you will need the following information:
- Federal tax ID number
- Mission statement
- Year founded
- Head of organization’s name and title
- Web address
- Digital high-res photo (no logos or graphics)
- Main fundraising event or campaign, including description, date and location of primary event, ticket price, major sponsors, chairpersons, contact name and phone number
- Credit card and billing address
LISTINGS: Each Indian River County organization choosing this paid option will receive a one-third page listing that includes a photo, description of your organization, and details about one fundraising event. This listing is for dated events only, not ongoing fundraising activities. If your organization doesn’t have a conventional fundraising event, we may accept a major volunteer effort in its place.
DATES: The publication will ship to subscribers with our October issue and covers events held from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
DEADLINES: Please submit your online form by JUNE 19, 2026. Forms not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for inclusion.
