Montgomery works with various initiatives, including the Mental Health Collaborative, the Environmental Learning Center, the Indian River Land Trust, and Rossway Swan as well as leading transformative retreats and teaching conscious leadership to executives.
Montgomery’s greatest passion is empowering clients to create lives that challenge, inspire, and align with their true purpose—while fostering meaningful, loving relationships. As she says, “This life is not a dress rehearsal; we’re here to thrive, not just survive.”
