Believe it or not, you can make this platterful yourself. Really. Liz Kennedy, Vero Beach’s premiere caterer, knows about giving parties and she tells us these beauties are not beastly to make. On the contrary, the ingredients are simple, easy to find and for the most part inexpensive. Most of them don’t even need a real recipe.
