April 28: Beachland Bites Back was the theme of this year’s fundraiser for Beachland Elementary School held at the Vero Beach Country Club. Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions, and live entertainment by Curtis Hill. Proceeds support educational programs that have been most affected by state budget cuts, including field trips, classroom supplies, reading programs, software and media center supplies.
