APRIL 6: The 12th annual Blue Ribbon Luncheon – A Spring Sensation, benefiting the Hibiscus Children Center’s programs and services and in honor of National Child Abuse Awareness Month, was held at Oak Harbor Clubhouse. The event began with a champagne reception, jewelry tea room modeling from the Laughing Dog Gallery, a raffle and make-up applications courtesy of Chanel. Luncheon, modeling by Twirl Kids’ Boutique and a runway fashion show by Cooper & Co. completed the afternoon.
