February 24: Dollars for Scholars hosted its 2nd annual Tie-Bration, celebrating “the things that tie us together.” This special event honored the late board member Darby Gibbons, known for his unique tie collection, who embraced the organization’s mission to help young people find a better future through education. Proceeds benefit scholarships for Indian River County students.
