February 19-20: The Environmental Learning Center’s weekend fundraiser Paddlewheelin’ on the Lagoon began with a cocktail cruise and dinner aboard a 98-foot, three-deck paddlewheel boat, Indian River Queen. The event also included a Sunday brunch on the boat and a family sunset cruise on the Indian River Lagoon.
