January 8: Members of the Vero Beach Power Squadron held their annual Change of Watch at the Vero Beach Yacht Club. The new officers will oversee the activities of more than 350 members.
The officers include Commander Robert G. Scully, Executive Officer Judith A. Peschio, Administrative Officer Warren Miller, Education Officer Alan R. Epstein, Secretary Nora Lichty and Treasurer Vernon Pasterchak.
