February 16-18: Local artists filled the Environmental Learning Center campus creating original artworks at the Plein Air Artists’ Rendezvous. Completed artwork was framed, exhibited and offered for sale during the weekend. The event raised almost $10,000 to benefit the ELC and Cultural Council of Indian River County.
