When you’re in the mood to eat something, but not quite ready to eat a full dinner, what do you do? Well, you can do as the Spanish do and enjoy tapas.
Tapas are nothing more than a wide variety of appetizers, including everything from mixed olives and cheese served cold to warm potato omelets and puntillitas or Andalusian battered, fried baby squid.
Having grown up in Spain, Boris González is very familiar with the concept of tapas, which is why he partnered with Chef Yannick Martin and his wife Valerie to create Havana Nights. Located upstairs from Maison Martinique, the main restaurant on site at the Caribbean Court Hotel in Vero Beach, Havana Nights is open six days a week providing live entertainment, unique drinks and a variety of French and Spanish tapas.
