As demand for desirable land has grown, the race is now on to develop any (and all) available land in Indian River County. Much of this development is hidden behind bermed walls or borders of thick foliage.
This month the City of Vero Beach begins a long-awaited “Visioning Process,” the purpose of which is to develop concise guidelines for the future growth of residential neighborhoods and commercial areas that are consistent with the character of Vero Beach.
