New Partner Named At Rossway Moore Taylor & Swan

Rossway Moore Taylor & Swan have welcomed Kevin Barry as a new partner. Kevin joined the firm in 2011 and is the head of its corporate, real estate and transactional practice group.

Kevin graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University. He practiced law for more than 20 years at international law firms in New York City and Boston, and has counseled start-up and publicly held companies in all stages of development. His specialty is general corporate law and transactional matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital and real estate transactions. He was selected by Chambers USA as one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. He is also a member of the board of trustees for the Environmental Learning Center and president of The Research Coast Principium Foundation.
