Eagle Scouts Devan and Stephen Faillace at Indian River Estates
Brothers Devan and Stephen Faillace, both employees of ACTS Indian River Estates East Retirement-Life Community, were recently recognized as Eagle Scouts by the Boy Scouts of America. This distinguished honor demonstrates hard work, leadership, integrity and character, and is the highest Boy Scout ranking.
Scouts who achieve this rank have earned at least 21 merit badges and successfully completed an extensive service project that the Scout plans, organizes, leads and manages.
